Why is hair and makeup your career? I honestly cannot remember a time I didn't want to be a makeup artist. From the moment I was given my first makeup kit and hair brush, I fell in love with the fact that makeup and hair are medium's where I can freely express my creativity and transform someone into a character whether it be a zombie, high fashion couture piece, or just simply bringing out the glamorous side of a person.

What is it about working with brides/weddings you enjoy? I love to be a part of their special day and make the bride look as amazing as she feels.

What is your favorite style to do? It is very difficult to pick a favourite style! From the "no-makeup-makeup" look to the dramatic or hollywood look, they all have qualities I enjoy and are all challenging and inspiring in different ways.

What have been highlights of your non-wedding-related beauty career? Winning 1st place at IMATS (International Makeup Artists Trade Show) in Toronto for Creative Beauty.
